Center graduates are certified to conduct investment fiduciary audits and reviews for corporate retirement plans, private trusts, foundations, and endowments.The recent Enron debacle reminds us once again that the fiscal well being of this nation requires the clear identification of dedicated investment advisors that are trained, educated, and regulated to provide investment advice that meets well-defined fiduciary standards of care. The Center for Fiduciary Studies is the first full-time training and research facility for fiduciaries. The Center, associated with the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, teaches fiduciary standards of care and investment best practices designed for trustees and investment professionals. The Foundation for Fiduciary Studies is a not-for-profit organization that has developed the investment industry's first practice standards of care that define a prudent process for investment fiduciaries. The Foundation's Board of Directors includes a Who's Who of investment fiduciary experts. |
